A complex and fruity legendary cocktail from the Raffles Hotel.

Ingredients

  • Gin30 ml
  • Cherry Heering15 ml
  • Triple Sec7 ml
  • Benedictine7 ml
  • Pineapple Juice120 ml
  • Lime Juice15 ml
  • Grenadine10 ml
  • Angostura bitters1 g

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

    Shake well.

    Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

    Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
