Hemingway Daiquiri

A sophisticated variation of the Daiquiri, created for the legendary author with grapefruit and maraschino.

Ingredients

  • White rum60 ml
  • Maraschino Liqueur15 ml
  • Grapefruit Juice15 ml
  • Lime Juice22 ml

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

    Shake hard until well chilled.

  3. 3

    Double strain into a chilled coupe.

  4. 4

    Garnish with a lime wheel.
