Bermuda's national drink. A simple but powerful combination of spicy ginger and rich rum.
Ingredients
- Dark rum60 ml
- Ginger beer120 ml
- Lime Juice15 ml
Instructions

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add ginger beer and lime juice.

Float dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
