A modern classic that's essentially a Whiskey Sour made with honey. Warm and bright.

Ingredients

  • Bourbon60 ml
  • Lemon Juice22 ml
  • Honey Syrup22 ml

Instructions

    Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.

    Shake well until cold.

  3. 3

    Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

    Garnish with a lemon twist.
