Pisco Sour

The national drink of Peru and Chile. Frothy, tart, and uniquely aromatic.

Ingredients

  • Pisco60 ml
  • Lemon Juice30 ml
  • Simple syrup22 ml
  • Egg White1 pcs

Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker.

    Dry shake without ice.

  3. 3

    Add ice and shake hard.

  4. 4

    Strain into a chilled glass.

  5. 5

    Garnish with 3 drops of Angostura bitters on the foam.
