A beautiful pre-prohibition classic. Silky, tart, and fruity.

Ingredients
- Gin60 ml
- Lemon Juice22 ml
- Raspberry Syrup15 ml
- Egg White1 pcs
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker.

Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice and shake hard until cold.

Double strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
