Named after the French word for 'jewel'. Gin (diamond), vermouth (ruby), and chartreuse (emerald).

Ingredients

  • Gin30 ml
  • Sweet vermouth30 ml
  • Green Chartreuse30 ml
  • Orange Bitters1 dash

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.

    Stir until well-chilled.

    Strain into a chilled coupe.

    Garnish with a lemon twist and a maraschino cherry.
