Jungle Bird

A tropical classic that uniquely uses Campari for a bitter, complex edge.

Ingredients

  • Dark rum45 ml
  • Campari22 ml
  • Pineapple Juice45 ml
  • Lime Juice15 ml
  • Demerara Syrup15 ml

Instructions

    Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

    Shake vigorously until chilled.

  3. 3

    Strain into a rocks glass or Tiki mug over fresh ice (or crushed ice).

    Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaves.
