The modern classic that introduced scotch to the world of sours. Medicinal and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Scotch Whisky60 ml
  • Lemon Juice22 ml
  • Honey Syrup22 ml
  • Ginger Syrup7 ml

Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup and ginger syrup in a shaker with ice.

  2. 2

    Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  3. 3

    (Optional) Float a smoky Islay scotch on top.

  4. 4

    Garnish with candied ginger.
